We will provide you with a quote for selling fees and there is absolutely no obligation to place your home on the market at this stage and we absolutely promise to leave you to make your own decision.
- Once you have chosen the asking price for your property and you are happy to instruct Town and Country, with our unbeatable selling fees we will return to prepare sales particulars, take organise professional photographs, organise an energy performance certificate and floorplan. Your property will be placed on all the important websites including Rightmove, Zoopla, Onthemarket.com, Prime Location and townandcountryessex.co.uk. Your property and will also be presented to our huge mailing list of waiting buyers and to our other Team offices equally large lists of waiting buyers throughout Essex, London and the UK. Your property will also be advertised in the local newspapers.
- We will happily accompany viewings at your home and once we have found you a buyer and negotiated a sale for you, we will qualify the buyers, obtain i.d. for them and confirm their ability to proceed. We will contact all parties including solicitors to start the transaction. We will work with all parties to progress the sale and be on hand to deal with everything on your behalf.
